Friendly staff, great meal in the restaurant & breakfast was fab too!
We stayed here by accident.... It was close to the scenic train we wanted to take. But we were so pleased with this hotel and restaurant. Our room was attractive and very comfortable, and the bathroom had the most amazing full sized soaker tub thatmy husband had ever seen. The restaurant was excellent, though the service was a bit slow for reasons that were not apparent. I suspect it was due to the kitchen, as the serving staff themselves were extremely pleasant and send organized. The hotel was well located overlooking the water and was an easy walk to shopping. We would certainly go back again.
We had our 2018 new Eve diner with a special menu with courses. We ate very well, staff was really good and helpful with the kids. The place is amazing with different rooms , like living rooms with a fire, old or new style.Big walls and wood skeleton and wood beams. Quite a good cuisine classified into Michelin 2019 book
