Could not fault this garage
Such a bad service. We hadn't the clear information where to give our car back. After no one was coming, we decided to leave the keys locked inside. Every serious car rental company has a spear / second car key. In the end they had to force their way into the car and we had to pay for that (because they have lost 1 key, without saying us).Such a bad service!I would strongly not recommend a car hire!
I had a miss firing problem while driving my motorhome from Loch Ness to Glencoe via a stop in Fort WIlliam. We stopped at a tyre garage and they recommended going to Slipway Autos. They were very busy but managed to fit in a quick diagnostic check after lunch. They diagnosed a fuel injector problem and did a quick fix on it which helped. They also recommended a garage near to Glencoe where we were heading in case it went wrong again, it did and we stopped at Chishoms who managed to fix it for us. Thanks for fitting us in and for your help and recommendations.
Really good service
Hi,I was in the area on holiday and an issue with the car - severe clunking from the front nearside wheel due to a sheared bolt. I was advised to go to Slipway Autos by an old friend who lives in Fort William. They looked at the car the day I took it in although they were fully booked and got me going again within half an hour. I would certainly recommend this excellent service.
