Excellent practice. The vet and nurse who came to the house to put our elderly dog to sleep, were so kind and compassionate.The vets who are currently dealing with a surgical problem with another of my dogs have been brilliant. Very caring and good at keeping in touch with us as to what is happening. Compared to prices I've paid in England their prices are not expensive. The health club is excellent value for money.I would definitely recommend this practice.
Phoned the out of hours service in pure panic over my pet, the person who answered was extremely rude, unsympathetic and showed absolutely no concern for my pet, although did tell me twice I wont refuse to treat her. In the end phoned a vet in another town, who was very reassuring, caring and professional and provided an amazing service, even though it was late at night. The unpleasantness on the phone was completely unnecessary and inappropriate. Lesson learnt to not to attempt to use this practise, especially for an emergency.
Contacted Crown Vets while on holiday from Durham with our Golden Retrievers, Harvey and Biscuit. Amazing set of professional people who couldn't do enough to help. Was disappointed in the service I received yesterday when my dog was seen for less than 5 minutes and the vet did nothing to try and calm her nerves nor examine her, we were then charged 61 for the consultation fee and a small eye cream that the vet assumed from not being able to examine her may work. High prices and little care or attention is given to the dog
