24 Oct 17 at 1740 hrs (early 20 mins), bus service 500 did not turn-up at this bus-stop (this place is not Bus Station).My family had another bad experience on our arrival at Fort William Train Station on 23 Oct 17 morning (more than half an hour waiting). Both situations, we walked to the main road bus-stop (distance estimate more than 550 metres or 7 mins walk) to get bus.Visitors or tourists are strongly advise not to wait at this "Bus Station" to avoid disappointment of wasting your time.
